I am a 2-time OHS (open heart surgery patient) recently out of my second surgery to replace a aortic valve. I also have a pacemaker, but was and am still very active. This isn't medical advice in any way, but given the lack of information on getting better after OHS, I plan to share my experiences with rehab, what works and what doesn't.
